About the Role:

As a UI Developer, you’ll be a key contributor to how our product looks and feels on the web. Working at the intersection of design and engineering, you’ll translate Figma mocks and brand guidelines into responsive, performant web pages. This is a hands-on role with real ownership — your work will be publicly visible and directly impact how users perceive our product.

What You Will Do:

• Build and maintain product marketing websites in collaboration with the Design and Marketing teams
• Implement pixel-perfect, responsive layouts from design specs across devices and screen sizes
• Write clean, semantic HTML and well-structured CSS that is easy to maintain and scale
• Optimize pages for load speed, Core Web Vitals, and cross-browser compatibility
• Participate in design reviews and flag technical constraints early in the process
• Maintain consistency across pages by contributing to and following shared component patterns

Technical Skills:

Must Have:

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with Bootstrap 5 and Tailwind CSS
• Strong understanding of responsive design and mobile-first layouts
• Working knowledge of how browsers render pages (DOM, CSSOM, paint, layout)
• Familiarity with page load optimization techniques (lazy loading, asset compression, critical CSS, etc.)

Good to Have:

• Experience with React and Next.js for building and deploying web pages
• Basic understanding of SEO best practices and meta markup
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
• Exposure to animation libraries (GSAP) or micro-interaction patterns
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
• Prior experience working directly with a Design or Marketing team
