We’re looking for a technically sharp Solutions Consultant to join our US presales team. You’ll work alongside Sales to drive technical wins — running discovery, delivering tailored demos, and owning POC engagements that show customers how our UEM and Identity platform solves real-world endpoint and access challenges.

This is a hands-on role. You’ll build credibility through product knowledge and problem-solving, not just polished decks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Discovery & Demos — Lead structured discovery with IT teams. Deliver demos mapped to customer pain points, not generic feature walkthroughs.

  • POC Execution — Own the POC lifecycle: scoping, setup, test case definition, execution, and technical sign-off. Keep things moving and resolve blockers proactively.

  • Solution Mapping — Translate customer requirements into clear solution architectures. Know where the product fits and position it confidently.

  • Technical Communication — Produce sharp collateral: solution briefs, architecture diagrams, POC reports, RFI/RFQ responses. Clear writing and clear speaking, for IT admins and IT managers alike.

  • Field Feedback — Relay competitive gaps, feature requests, and recurring objections back to Product in a structured, actionable way.

Candidate Profile

Technical

  • Hands-on familiarity with UEM/MDM platforms

  • Working knowledge of IAM standards: SSO, SAML, OIDC, MFA, Conditional Access

  • Comfortable with Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID, and basic enterprise networking

  • Cross-OS exposure: Windows, macOS, iOS, Android

Presales & Functional

  • 2–5 years in presales, solution engineering, or technical sales support — ideally in SaaS, endpoint management, or identity security

  • Experience running or supporting POC/pilot engagements

  • Strong written and verbal communication — able to simplify complex concepts without losing accuracy

  • Self-driven and organised across multiple concurrent deals
