About the position:

In this role, you will be responsible for providing Level 1 and 2 support, addressing complex technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the platform’s optimal performance. will serve as the front-line support, playing a critical role in addressing and resolving technical queries from our user base. Your responsibilities will include managing ticket lifecycles and maintaining robust customer relationships.

This is a full-time on-site role based out of our office in Viman Nagar, Pune, India.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide chat, email and on demand phone support for our flagship product offering Scalefusion
  • Investigate issues reported by customers and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and see through to resolution
  • Work proactively to update customers by reporting progress regarding outstanding queries
  • Endeavor to respond to all customer requests in a timely manner while improving customer experience
  • Provide superior customer service in regards to our MDM solutions. Diagnose and solve application queries and answer customer questions
  • Use various devices to reproduce customer environments in order to troubleshoot issues further

What you’ll bring:

  • Hands of experience of mobile computing platforms (Android, iOS, Windows, MAC and Linux)
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience, exceptions for qualified candidates
  • Strong problem solving abilities, strong team player (i.e. flexible, hard-working, fast-learner, self-motivated, results oriented)
  • Able to plan, prioritize and organize workload, consistently working within service standards and agreed objectives
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Skills are we looking for:

  • Minimum of 3 years of supporting Mobile Device Management systems for industry standard operating systems (Google Android and Apple iOS is a must).
  • Hands on experience on Android Enterprise and depth knowledge about Legacy to android enterprise migrations
  • Managing the device configuration, compliance and security policies in mobility solutions
  • Strong knowledge and Hands on experience on Auto-pilot components
  • Hands on experience on collaboration solution like AD, Exchange and Office365
  • Some experience using Powershell/Bash is a must
