We’re looking for an innovative Partner Marketing Manager for our flagship product Scalefusion, which is a leading mobile device and endpoint management solution helping businesses globally secure and manage their corporate-owned and BYO (Bring Your Own) devices. With 8000+ customers across 120+ countries, from startups to global enterprises, trust Scalefusion.

As the Marketing Manager, you will be required to own the marketing relationship with our partners to drive customer acquisition. You will play a key role in building and scaling our partner community across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives.

  • Manage and lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and development opportunities.

  • Collaborate with the content team on content marketing and blog initiatives, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy.

  • Review and approve marketing content, ensuring it aligns with the brand voice and message.

  • Work closely with the sales team to generate leads and support sales efforts.

  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.

  • Manage marketing campaigns and promotions to drive engagement and sales.

  • Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

  • Generate innovative ideas to promote the company’s products.

  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.

Primary Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in an operations role.

  • Experience in marketing management, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry.

  • Excellent organizational skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.

  • Proficiency in Outbound/Inbound Marketing, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, and ABM.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Motivated, self-starter.

  • Must be comfortable working in an environment with many changeable demands and priorities, requiring scheduling flexibility, an upbeat demeanor, and a “can do” attitude
