About Role
This role will focus on creating, updating, and maintaining learning content across our LMS, documentation, and knowledge base. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, structured, and comfortable working with technical content.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, update, and maintain learning content within the LMS platform
- Assist in developing training modules, guides, and reference material
- Create and update documentation and KB articles for internal and external use
- Work closely with Support, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure content accuracy
- Ensure learning material is up to date with feature releases and process changes
- Organize and structure content for easy discoverability and consumption
- Support ongoing improvements in training quality and learning experience
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in content creation, documentation, or L&D support
- Strong written communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to understand and document technical concepts clearly
- Experience working with LMS tools, documentation platforms, or KB systems
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple content tasks
Good to Have
- Exposure to SaaS products, IT, MDM, IAM, or enterprise software
- Experience creating internal training or enablement content
- Basic understanding of support workflows or product documentation
