This is a full-time on-site role based out of our office in Viman Nagar, Pune, India.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO Strategy Development: Formulate and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals.
Keyword Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimization and targeting.
On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, including meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal linking structure.
Off-Page Optimization: Manage link-building strategies, develop relationships with influencers, and oversee backlink acquisition campaigns.
Technical SEO: Identify and resolve technical issues that may impact search engine rankings, such as crawl errors, site speed, and mobile responsiveness. Performance Monitoring: Regularly analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other relevant software to track KPIs and identify areas for improvement.
Content Strategy Collaboration: Collaborate with content creators and marketers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content creation and distribution efforts.
Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the market landscape. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO and search engine marketing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in SEO with a track record of improving organic search rankings and increasing website traffic.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications in SEO or digital marketing are a plus.
