We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sr. Executive – SEZ Compliance & Administration to manage all SEZ statutory compliances, documentation, and liaison activities while overseeing day-to- day office administration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEZ processes, government documentation, vendor management, and office facilities administration within an IT/ITES environment.
Key Responsibilities
SEZ Compliance & Documentation (60%)
Manage end-to-end SEZ compliance activities as per SEZ Act, Rules, and applicable government regulations.
Prepare, verify, and submit all SEZ-related documentation including:
- SOFTEX Forms
- Bill of Entry
- Shipping Bills
- Procurement Documentation
- Re-warehousing Certificates
- Bonding & De-bonding documentation
- Asset movement documentation
- Import & Export related documentation
Coordinate with:
- SEZ Development Commissioner Office
- Customs Department
- Authorized Officers
- Consultants
- Internal Finance and Operations teams
Ensure timely filing of:
- Quarterly & Annual SEZ Returns
- Compliance reports
- Statutory registers
Maintain records of imported and indigenous assets as per SEZ regulations.
Coordinate audits related to SEZ compliance.
Ensure adherence to all documentation timelines and statutory requirements.
Maintain complete digital and physical records for inspections and audits.
Track regulatory changes and ensure implementation of new compliance requirements.
Office Administration (40%)
- Manage day-to-day office administration and facility operations.
- Handle office maintenance, repairs, housekeeping, security, and pantry services.
- Coordinate with office vendors including:
- Housekeeping
- Security Agency
- Internet Service Providers
- Facility Maintenance Vendors
- Electrical & HVAC Vendors
- Office Supplies Vendors
- Monitor Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and vendor performance.
- Process vendor quotations, purchase requests, invoices, and payment coordination.
- Ensure workplace readiness, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Maintain office assets and inventory records.
- Coordinate employee seating arrangements and workspace management.
- Support office events, employee engagement activities, and administrative logistics.
- Coordinate with building management for common facility requirements.
Required Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of SEZ Rules, Customs procedures, and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with SEZ documentation and filing processes.
- Knowledge of Import & Export documentation.
- Good understanding of office administration and facility management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with ERP/Compliance portals is an added advantage.

Eligibility:-
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Management, Administration, or related field.
Certification in Export-Import, Logistics, or SEZ Compliance will be an added advantage.
Experience
5–8 years of relevant experience in:
- SEZ Compliance
- SEZ Documentation
- Office Administration
- Vendor Management
Prior experience in an IT/ITES company operating from an SEZ is highly preferred.
