Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Field Project Manager to act as a critical bridge between product, engineering, and enterprise customers. This role involves leading on-ground implementations, managing enterprise deployments, and ensuring seamless delivery of software solutions in customer environments.
The ideal candidate will combine strong project management skills with hands-on implementation expertise and customer-facing experience.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with DevOps and Development teams to support and execute on-premise deployments (supplementing internal stakeholders).
Partner with Security and DevOps teams to contribute to RFP responses, supporting pre-sales and solutioning efforts.
Work closely with the Pre-sales team to drive enterprise deployments end-to-end—from planning to execution and delivery.
Act as the on-ground representative of the product team, providing real-time feedback and insights from customer environments.
Serve as the first point of contact for escalations, handling initial-level issue resolution and coordinating with internal teams.
Represent the organization in customer calls, meetings, and on-site visits.
Be open to frequent travel and extended stays at customer locations as required.
Required Experience & Background
10–15 years of experience in Project Management and Enterprise Software Implementations Proven experience working with products such as:
- SailPoint
- Okta
- VMware AirWatch
- Microsoft Intune
- SOTI
- Zscaler
Strong exposure to enterprise deployment environments and customer-facing roles
Key Skills & Competencies
Solid understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, including:
- Active Directory (AD)
- Office 365 (O365)
- Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Knowledge of networking concepts, especially VPNs
- Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deployments and priorities simultaneously
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive, ownership-driven approach
