We’re looking for an energetic & enthusiastic Events Marketing Specialist, who will be responsible for handling global events, trade shows, webinars etc. for our product line - Scalefusion, NuovoPay, and NovoTeam.
As an Events Marketing Specialist, your primary responsibility would be to collaborate with marketing and sales teams and create strategies on how to scale our events across business verticals and execute the events end-to-end.
This is a full-time on-site role based out of our office in Viman Nagar, Pune, India.
What you will do:
Own end-to-end project management and execution of various large-scale events globally.
Plan & build event strategies for online & offline events like webinars, third-party conferences, trade shows, round-table conferences,ProMobi hosted events, etc.
Work closely with partners to plan & organize partner events, round tables conferences, and webinars to establish a strong relationship with our existing partners and also grow our partner network.
Work with the product marketing team to understand the product positioning & align with GTM strategies.
Operationalize the events end to end - including contract negotiation, managing vendor/partner relationships, developing strategy & timelines, all with the goal of demand gen, lead capture, and sales targets/revenue in mind.
Identify relevant industry events to attend that can help our products create brand awareness and generate new leads for the business.
Ability to often run multiple events concurrently and consecutively.
Plan and organize virtual events, handle logistics requirements, set up virtual event tools, use various event formats, manage speakers, project plans, engagement activities, and analytics.
Create & manage events budgets, maintain an events calendar.
Coordinate with marketing campaign teams to ensure the events are being promoted to the relevant audience via running digital campaigns, email campaigns etc.
Develop a post-event plan, identify relevant leads from the events, plan lead generation campaigns.
Collaborate with the sales team to assess the various leads, segregating them according to their engagement, to run nurture campaigns.
Work closely with the campaigns team and assist them to run integrated marketing campaigns across the marketing channels to generate quality leads from events.
Create measurement criteria and manage a feedback loop with cross-functional teams to continually measure events effectiveness.
What we want you to have:
2-5 years of field/event marketing, management, operations, and demand generation experience (preferably in SaaS) managing various-sized programs and budgets.
Experience in organizing Events & webinars end to end.
Worked with marketing automation & CRM tools.
Experience in strategy building and event management tools.
Experience in handling budgets is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to self-manage.
